Let's go through the whole process of creating a complete design for your Packly box in Photoshop.

In this video tutorial, you'll learn how to make a simple 3D mock-up of a box to display your packaging design in Photoshop.

First, create a new document in Photoshop and make sure the dimensions are appropriate for the size of box you want to create.

Then, using the Rectangle Tool (U), draw a rectangle on your canvas. This will be the top panel of your box.

To make sure the sides of your box are equal, hold down the Shift key while you draw the rectangle.

Next, add a second rectangle underneath the first one. This will be the bottom panel of your box.

Again, hold down the Shift key to keep the sides equal.

To give your box some depth, use the Rectangle Tool (U) to draw two more rectangles on either side of your top and bottom panels. These will be your side panels.

Once you have all four panels drawn, select them all and go to Edit > Define Pattern.

Give your pattern a name and click OK. With your pattern now defined, create a new layer and fill it with your pattern using the Paint Bucket Tool (G).
