I tried a new iCloud account on my phone and it asked to merge or not, I clicked on don’t merge, unfortunately for me when I signed out the new iCloud Id and signed back in the old one I mistakenly clicked merge and lost my notes and contacts

Before signing out the the Apple ID on iPhone was notes , contacts box turned as on https://support.apple.com/guide/i
